With a large-scale event such as Orange Peel comes a lot of questions. This area will feature some of the most frequently asked questions.
Is the floor seated or standing room only?
Seated. In the past, Orange Peel has been standing room only for bands like Incubus, Goo Goo Dolls, etc. This year, due to contractual obligations and safety regulations, we have to seat the audience on the floor. Don’t worry, you will still be able to stand and dance, but it will be more like a normal concert than some shows in the past.
Where do I park?
Anywhere you can find a spot. There are some designated parking lots that will be $5 pay to park, but there will also be some designated parking lots that will be free to the public. Please plan accordingly.
How will I receive my tickets if I purchase by phone or online?
Your tickets will be mailed to you within five business days of purchase. Your tickets will be assigned and set aside upon purchase.
Is there any general admission seating available?
No. There is no general admission seating available for this year’s show. Your ticket will designate your seat and section, and you will be required to sit in this seat at the show. Can I cancel or return my tickets?
No. There is no way for us to be able to re-sell your tickets after they have already been purchased. As such, we have a strict no refund/no exchange policy.
